Margaux Wellman

actor, advocate, + feisty disabled person
About Me
Hey! I'm Margaux and I'm a New York-based actor originally from Saginaw, MI. I recieved my MFA in Acting from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and BFA in Acting/BA in Interpersonal Communication from Western Michigan University.
I am proud to be an advocate for people with disabilities! Having mild cerebral palsy (CP), I walk with a limp on my left side. Using my CP in my art to celebrate differences and integrate disability into theatre, TV, and film is such a wonderful gift. Acting gives me a platform to show the world what disability really is like, and advocate for accurate and equal representation for disabled people.
When I'm not on stage or on set, you can find me power napping, baking cookies, making coffee, or in the candle aisle.
